I think and hope that I’ve analyzed this correctly.

It looks like these packages have already been rebuilt:

- ceph

- myst-nb

https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/builds?order=-tag_name&tagID=105129&inherited=1&latest=1

It looks like these packages still need to be rebuilt:

- gdal

- groonga

- root

It looks like these packages just depend on python3-pyarrow, not on any of the shared libraries, so they don’t need to be rebuilt. They would still be affected if there were any Python API changes.

- myst-nb (but it was already rebuilt anyway)

- pcp

- python-dask

- python-dask-expr

- python-distributed

- python-formulaic

- python-fsspec

- python-geopandas

- python-papermill

- python-pyogrio

- python-pytest-regressions

        side-tag f43-build-side-105129 has been created for rebuilding
        the dependent packages:
         * ceph (for which I am the maintainer
         * gdal
         * groonga
         * myst-nb
         * python-dask
         * python-dask-expr
         * python-distributed
         * python-formulaic
         * python-fsspec
         * python-geopandas
         * python-pandas
         * python-papermill
         * python-pyogrio
         * root
        etc.

        I will be building liborc, libarrow, and ceph soon. (I'm not a
        proven packager, I can't build the other packages.)
        Tentatively I plan on merging whatever is built in the side
        tag on or after 20 Feb 2025.
