Hi,

I would like to retire perl-eperl. The build of the package was broken by GCC 15.
Upstream seems inactive. The latest version was released on August 1998.
There are no dependencies here, so it shouldn't be a problem.

In case someone is using it and want to maintain it, please speak up.
