DMARC checks pass if either SPF or DKIM checks pass. So as long as
Fedora's forwarding logic *keeps* the existing DKIM signature, and
does not touch any part of the mail covered by the DKIM signature,
it shouldn't matter if SPF fails.

Except that most mailing lists, and certainly this one, do touch
parts of the mail covered by the DKIM signature when they add the
list information to the bottom of each message.

It also strips the original DKIM signature so even if it didn't
modify the body things still wouldn't pass.
