  I recollect such naming rule, too. But I cannot find it in guidelines
now. Maybe that was a rule in `rpmlint`?

  Anyway, even if there is such rule, it is not easily googlable or
written in naming guidelines in Fedora docs. So we can assume it does
not exist.
