Quick summary:
We discussed the mass-update of packages to use `git-core` instead of
`git` for dependencies. We agreed that merge requests may be
mass-submitted and that a provenpackager (zbyszek) will merge them
after four weeks of inactivity. MRs can be merged by the maintainer
before then or rejected if appropriate.
We also discussed the report to be sent to the Fedora Council
regarding the recent provenpackager issue and have approved our
internal report. It will be delivered to the Council by the FESCo
Liaison, David Cantrell in the near future.
Lastly, we briefly discussed performance of Fedora Infrastructure,
praising the improvement in s390x builder availability and noting that
performance issues in ppc64le systems are being investigated.
