Hi folks,
I would like to package the grout project into Fedora. It has
a dependency to libecoli which isn't packaged yet, neither.

I have followed the new packager guide here:

And I created a BZ which has been reviewed:

Which triggered the creation of a ticket in the packager sponsor
project on pagure:

I have reached out on Matrix on #devel:fedoraproject.org a few times but
I didn't get any response yet.
Is there anybody that would be available to help?
