No, it's definitely not "hundreds".

A sourcegraph query shows 14 packages affected in the rawhide branch:

There's a few more with a dedicated "eln" branch, but there the bcond
doing the wrong thing "if rhel" is a noop.

I have, multiple times, offered to ELN people to implement support for
ELN-style conditional vendoring in rust2rpm itself.
There was little to no interest in it.

Though with the snippets that have been copied around the place being
buggy, that might finally be an argument in favor of implementing this
in rust2rpm itself.
