This project is dead upstream and unused across the whole Fedora collection. (sudo dnf repoquery --requires libschroedinger-1.0.so.0\* outputs nothing) The remaining dirac codec users are using the ffmpeg's builtin implementation instead. So far only VLC has a bogus BR on it but with no usage on the lib. https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/vlc/pull-request/9 This should prevent to introduce it in epel10. I may retire it in epel9 and epel8 also at its own pace.
