Hello Michael,

this seems to be what I am searching for.

But any idea how to package this properly?

Is it enough to install the file and mention it in the %files section?

Or do I have to run some %post command?

Also related question: I would like to package a custom keybinding.

Something like:

```
[org/mate/desktop/keybindings/custom0]
action='lios'
binding='<Alt><Mod4>l'
name='Linux Intelligent OCR Software'
```

I would like to package this with the LIOS software. But the section is called "custom0". But I can't know if there is not already some custom keybinding defined.

Any idea how to package this? Or are multiple "custom0" sections fine?

Thank you,

Vojta

the start. I think the best would be to use dconf overrides.

dconf overrides are intended for system administrators and should never be packaged.

You can package gsettings overrides instead. Look in /usr/share/glib-2.0/schemas and search for "override" for examples.
