Hello,

I have released libxc 7.0.0 yesterday, and will update libxc in a side tag of
rawhide. Although there are some ABI changes, the API is the same as in version
6.2.2.

According to repoquery, the following packages are affected

$ sudo repoquery --whatrequires "libxc.so.12()(64bit)"

libxc, psi4 and python-pyscf are my own packages, and they build without issue.
The other packages should also build without hiccups. As a big improvement, this
version of Libxc will fix a long-standing issue with GPAW (BZ#2140559).

Once the rebuilds are complete, I will push the updates to rawhide.

Best wishes,

Susi
