The python-fb-re2 package, which was unmaintained upstream, was retired for
F41, replaced by the python3-google-re2 subpackage, which is the “official”
bindings now built from the re2 package.[1] Both provide mostly-compatible
modules for 'import re2', and the new subpackage has Conflicts/Obsoletes for
python3-fb-re2, but it doesn’t Provide python3-fb-re2 or python3dist(fb-re2)
since they are different PyPI projects. I think this is was all correctly
handled, but I’m happy to fix anything I might have missed.
