libdmodulemd generates a documentation in HTML format at build time. To
generate correct hypperlinks, it needs installed HTML documentation of glib.

If mock configured DNF to tsflags=nodocs, how could source packages, that need
the documentation, override it to obtain the documentation? Executing dnf from
a spec file??
