As a list administrator for the test-announce list, I received an identical
message to approve for that list, and when I logged into my dashboard and
clicked on the message to see the full content, got an error something like
"This message has been lost", assumed the message had been deleted or edited,
and rejected it, with an explanation (including a quote of the error). Since
then the message has not been re-posted to the test-announce list, so some
people may not get this message. Please re-post there if necessary. Thanks.
