The reason why I was wondering about documentation is because I feel
like I didn’t set it up right insofar as I haven’t gotten any emails
yet from my koji builds. :\

Thanks Gary, is there any documentation on how the rules work? I
_think_ I created the appropriate rule but I haven’t received any
notification and it’s likely I just did it wrong.
I have set "Tracking Rule" to "My Events" with "Applications" set to
"Koji". There are probably other options like "Artifacts by user". But
that rule definition works for me.
However, yesterday afternoon (UTC+2), I noticed quite some delay in
the messages being delivered. Some arrived only an hour after the
build job was actually finished. So, there's that as well.
