No effective license analysis should be performed any more, as that is removed from the guidelines, just list everything that is found. ie the following would be an permissible scenario under the new SPDX rules: GPL-2.0-only AND GPL-2.0-or-later AND GPL-3.0-only and GPL-3.0-or-later > Or should is it just be the kitchen sink method?
