Hello

I've got the following warning

RPM build warnings:
source_date_epoch_from_changelog set but %changelog is missing

The spec file definitely has a %changelog section.
What is it the warning about?

What package?
libtirpc

Link to build?
https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=120921123

The error is on the line above the warning:

error: bad date in %changelog: Tue Jul 23 Steve Dickson
<ste...@redhat.com> - 1.3.5-0
Thank you... I didn't see I forgot the year...

Sorry for the noise!

Fedora sets %source_date_epoch_from_changelog globally, and that requires
the changelog to have at least one entry.
The package has been around since 2006 so the spec
files has a number entries.
