Note though that the Server installer does not use the same default
filesystem layout as Everything, due to Server Edition preferring the
XFS+LVM layout. So it's not going to be the exact same experience.

That's a double-edged sword: yes, it has all the latest updates. At
the same time, that means it's not as rigorously tested and updates
may have introduced issues into the install process.
