Hello Iñaki,
I don't know what caused your issue but I had screen brightness issues in
the past and started using a tool called `light` as an alternative to
`xbacklight`.
It is in Fedora https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/light. Maybe you want to
try it as a temporary workaround until you find a proper fix.

    light -A 10
    light -U 10
