I don't particularly care about how the functionality gets activated; in
my case it's not something that would need to come in though the
kickstart file.  However, I could see situations where it would be
useful to have that specified in the kickstart file, such as a
hypothetical deployment system.  It might, for example, want to direct
anaconda to send the display to an appropriate place that could be
proxied or recorded.  That location might be complicated or variable and
not necessarily something that could be baked into the boot media or
typed in at boot time.
