The big one for me is that Synergy and similar tools barrier and input-leap don't work under Wayland. I don't see that mentioned at https://community.kde.org/Plasma/Wayland_Known_Significant_Issues My understanding is that it's now possible using libEI, but only Gnome makes use of that.
