This is not what I want. I want to remove the comps-groups from my
system, because of the harmful effects they obviously have.
What harmful effect? It's not doing anything. Removing the groups is
more likely to cause a problem later. But if it's really bugging you
then you can use:
dnf group mark remove the_group
