Hi there I've taken ownership to quell the warning for a package in the extended dependency chain. Feel free to take over if you're interested, or to tell me why and when this package should be retired. Upstream appears to be "slow" to put it nicely, but the issue tracker indicates people are still interested. Should dependent packages rather switch to pytz or python's own zoneinfo (from python 3.9 onwards)?
