There was a major cable cut to the ISP which houses pagure. This caused the
main line to go down, and only IPv6 on a secondary network was available.
[IPv4 was working for some people via the secondary network but not
everyone.] The problem was causing issues with various infrastructure, so
is probably the reason for this email
