Hello,

On one of my computers, for the last couple of kernel updates I'm not
getting the proper options in the corresponding *.conf files in
/boot/loader/entries. Some of the options specified in
/etc/default/grub are there, but anything related to the root
partition and some other options are consistently being left out,
which results in a machine unable to boot, until I manually add the
uuids and everything else that's missing.
In the past I knew that grubby took care of these things, but some
rather recent threads here have suggested this is no longer the case.
Against which component should I file a bug report? It's an F38,
Workstation edition.

Thank you,
A.
