Note that it's not necessary to go through the review process for multiple versions of packages like this, providing they are named correctly according to https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/packaging-guidelines/Naming/#multiple We don't use "compat" in the name but instead just something like podofo0.9. To import a package like that, you just do fedpkg request-repo with the "--exception" flag.
