I've fired the openQA update tests on this side tag, results should
come through at
https://openqa.stg.fedoraproject.org/tests/overview?distri=fedora&version=39&build=TAG_f39-build-side-70661-NOREPORT&groupid=2
. If anything fails I'll look into it.
