Hello,

the SWID tag enablement introduced by
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Changes/SWID_Tag_Enablement did not lead
to a wider SWID tag adoption, and other technologies (IMA, SPDX) seem
to be more relevant for the purpose SWID tags were expected to play,
four years later.

For that reason I've orphaned libdnf-plugin-swidtags.

I'm looking for ways to reach out to the rpm-software-management-sig
who are co-maintainers of https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/swid-tools
to see what their interest / plang might be about swid-tools but
overall I'm leaning towards orphaning swid-tools as well shortly.

The fact that latest python and dnf5 changes lead to FTBFS or FTI

        https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2220605

are also contributing to my decision to orphan.
