May-be you guys are not aware of there are tendencies to legally prohibit such "cloud solutions" in many countries?

It's generally not so much 'legally prohibit' as 'data has to be kept within $jurisdiction and is not to be shared outside of it'. If $jurisdiction is large enough cloud operators tend to offer that solution.
