Hi all,
just for the record, I have pushed the new util-linux v2.39 to Fedora.
Here are the changes:
* Removed dependence on the deprecated libuser.
* Removed the util-linux-user subpackage. The chfn and chsh commands
have been moved to the main util-linux package.
* Enabled translated man pages in multiple languages (de, cs, es,
fr, pt_BR, sr, uk).
* Added util-linux-i18n, which includes translated messages (gettext) and
translated man pages.
* The subpackage reduces the size of the main util-linux package by 3MiB.
* Updated libmount to support the new kernel FD based mount API."
