It's phrased this way so that we don't automatically revert to status quo ante without further action. But implicitly, the possiblity of review and changing of the decision is always there. This is as with any other decision: we decide "for ever", but in fact we can revisit a decision at some later point. > As it currently stands, this is a *trial* to see how it goes.
