Yes, provided they are designed to take advantage of it. Compression
algorithms are the main benefactor, so things like codec and
compression libraries could be built for various x86_64
sub-architectures.

For example, having FFmpeg, SVT-AV1, AOM, zstd, zlib-ng, and others
done this way would provide tremendous performance improvements.

But overall? I don't think so.
