Is this issue Fedora specific?
Can we fix the case:
`LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/home/jaruga/.local/openssl-3.0.8/lib/ gdb` to work
by modifying the gdb or openldap patches?
Which is better to fix the gdb or openldap?
