I have a fedora account.

How do I get packager status? How do I work with a packager - is that a person
or a program?

I think you should contact the current maintainer first.

The package tss2 is currently orphaned. I think that is why they are asking
here.

Keith,

The first step you will need to do is create a Fedora account and working with
a packager on how Fedora packages things up and getting packager status. tss2
and tss2-devel are built from the tss2 package
