Yeah, I am facing the same issues with parts of the Intel stack
(intel-graphics-compiler, intel-compute-runtime). Upstream generally adds
support for newer versions of llvm, but with a bit of delay causing missing
OpenCl (and oneAPI in near future) support from newest Fedora releases.
I've always managed to push upstream/backport patches for newer llvm/clang
just a bit before another llvm stack rebase.
