Last time a got such a message (regarding another service it I remember 
correctly) the system didn’t boot anymore.

I found an old, closed EOL bugzilla entry 
(https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1820285). But here that service is 
obviously not installed but now missed.  The system worked without issues until 
now. And it still works.

Any advice how to proceed?

The rdisc.service was removed between those versions, so you can ignore that message.
