No. This has been stated many times on this list.

The specfile changelog reflects the changes to the specfile.

The bodhi changelog reflects the changes to the software. And this is
what the user sees on his PackageKit client. So it needs to be the
user-friendly changelog, not the development notes.

Please don't put specfile changelog entries into bodhi.
