Hey everybody,

I've recently release version 0.3.1 of rpmautospec with a couple of
accrued fixes and enhancements. Some highlights:

- Use a dash before the version-release bit in changelog entries.
- Don’t trip over %include directives.
- Allow skipping changelog entries with `[skip changelog]` in the
commit log.
- Fewer spurious tracebacks when running the CLI and e.g. piping output
to a pager.
- Mark used features in the processed spec file.
- Ignore %autorelease if it’s beneath %changelog when detecting if the
feature is used.
- Eat our own dogfood, the python-rpmautospec packages used
%autorelease/%autochangelog now. (Yes, I could have done that much
earlier.)

This release contains contributions by Zbigniew Jędrzejewski-Szmek and
Otto Liljalaakso. Many thanks!

As always, I've deployed this only onto the staging Koji builders for
now, so you have a chance to test your packages with this new version
using `fedpkg-stage` – for which there should be ample time as I’ll be
absent for the next two weeks. When I return and the new release hasn’t
turned out to be broken, I'll push the update from testing to stable
and work with the infra folks on getting this deployed into production.

Cheers,
Nils
