Never ever do that. The __USE_xxx macros are internal, for glibc to
use. You should not ever check them or define them.

There are several public macros that you can use to enable additional
features, like -D_GNU_SOURCE or _D_DEFAULT_SOURCE, so use those not
the __USE_xxx ones.
