Hello, everybody. My name is Sergey Mende and I am from Saint-Petersburg, Russia. I am a software engineer for 35 years, presently retired. I have been working for several companies during my working life mostly in embedded software development area, the most famous is EMC (presently Dell).
I the past I used to contribute to the OSS development by providing patches for a few packages I have been having issues with. Recently I updated my system to FC36 and found that the `camotics` package, abandoned a few years ago, won't install anymore without rebuild. So, I updated the spec to the most recent codebase and now I would like to share my efforts with Fedora fellow users.
