I have replied in the bug. Seems F-36 GA was released with pam.i386.rpm
in the repos, likely due a bug in the multilib handler. But F-36
updates have correctly only pam-devel and pam-libs available as i386
rpms, causing update issue, that can be fixed by passing
"--allowerasing" to "dnf update".
