So if the rawhide rebuild can be based on the result of the F37 side tag, then bootstrapping etc. is not required, and the rebuild is fast and straightforward. More so if no commits are needed.
Either use the f37 builds or use the existing bootstrap commits. It is not necessary to build from the latest commit.
