Neal, I was just about to write you an email asking for support.

I have already tried this, and followed the cloud kickstart example. But 2 
problems:
a) BiosBoot does not work, despite the separate grub2 installation step.
b) The UEFI boot screen looks horrible.

Any idea about this?
