Not in F37.  It's going to be python 3.11 there.  If python3-m2crypto
depends on python 3.10, then that's the source of the problem.
Indeed, looking at https://koji.fedoraproject.org/ reveals that the
m2crypto package was last built successfully in July of 2021.  Every
subsequent build has failed.  See
