Huge thanks to everybody who'd helped with resolving this! I am deeply sorry about the issues I'd caused, this was the first time I was rebuilding a bunch of packages in a side-tag and merging it back and I didn't realize that this is something I should be cautious about. I'll watch out for this and be more careful next time!
