Note the rpmfusion VirtualBox packages now include this fix: https://build.opensuse.org/package/view_file/Virtualization/virtualbox/fixes_for_kernel_5.18.patch?expand=1 See: https://koji.rpmfusion.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=22655 Which is supposed to fix this.
