I made you an admin and orphaned python-cairosvg so you can claim it as "main
admin" if you like.
You should probably also take a look at cairocffi which is FTBFS due to failures
in the test suite:

Technically Eric Smith is the main admin for this package but he did not push
any commits in the last months and there is a history of non-responsive
maintainer requests so I consider the package as "unmaintained".
