Legal ML ignored this question, so I'll post it here.

Why we can[1] add unfiltered Flathub (it contains both patent-encumbered and proprietary software) and we can't[2] add RPM Fusion at the same time?

Btw, some of most popular OSS applications on Flathub even doesn't built from sources on Flathub's infra. Examples:
1. Mozilla Firefox;
2. OBS Studio;
3. Signal[3];
4. Element[4];
5. Blender[5].

All RPM Fusion packages are built from sources without network access.
