So looking through this, I see:

This change looks like it's been pending for a while, bumped back
multiple releases, and then landed without update?  It seems incorrect
that the scope is limited to a few packages as stated (and that a
rebuild is all that is needed).

The change page says "We fully expect to fix all packaging changes in
Fedora Rawhide first when everything is ready." - is there somebody that
can at least help me fix my failing package?
