You shouldn't have removed the side-tag manually, Bodhi takes care of
removing the side-tag when it is not needed anymore. By removing the
side-tag manually while the update was still processed, you broke Bodhi
workflow.

The only way I can think you can fix things now is:

- unpush those two updates
- request two new side-tags for f35 and f34
- manually tag the already created builds into the appropriate new
side-tag (with koji tag-build <tag> <pkg> [<pkg> ...])
- create the new Bodhi updates for those two new side-tags
