While python 3.10 is not officially released Expected: 3.10.0 final: Monday, 2021-10-04 ( https://www.python.org/dev/peps/pep-0619/ <https://www.python.org/dev/peps/pep-0619/> )  , it's rare upstreams to fix their projects.

Neither of the two listed bugs is a Python 3.10 related problem:

clufter fails with: No matching package to install: 'jing'
libunity fails with: protocol-icon.vala:188.3-188.27: error: overriding method

The "compatibility of their packages with Python 3.10" was an unfortunate expression: We need to rebuild the packages with Python 3.10 but we cannot.
